Kate designs all customer experiences to meet the user’s needs, wants and motivations across their digital journey. In her role, she advocates for the user, ensuring an authentic, efficient and enjoyable experience. Kate is passionate about crafting intentional changes that deliver meaningful value to the end user.
Outside of working hours, Kate digs traveling to new places with her family, spending time hiking and biking, reading a good suspense novel and fixing up her mid-century money pit of a house. Whoops! She meant fixing up her beautiful, totally worth it, mid-century house.
